The very pleasant drive from Berawa to Pemuteran was about 3 hours, and we stopped at the Bedugul Market to stock up on fresh strawberries, dragon fruit, papaya and more, plus enjoyed a great coffee. You could make it in 2.5 if you don’t stop, but why not enjoy the drive!
Arriving to Villa Jeda was like a dream. Three stunning villas on a huge green garden plus a beautiful yoga shala were breathtaking. The villas are beautifully built and very spacious, each very private with their own pool.
Views to the mountains with ocean glimpses plus endless green grass and tall trees. It reminded me of a visit to Capetown and Italy – so lush and beautiful.
Beds super comfortable, bathrooms half covered with sunlight pouring in all day, fantastic kitchen to make smoothies and juices or cook healthy food. Massive dining table to work and eat at while looking at the surrounds. Lots of nooks and comfortable spaces to relax with a book.
Staff were attentive, kind and helpful – really a wonderful attribute to have.
A short walk down to the main road led me to great local warungs, a beachside fishing village with plenty of little cafes and restaurants.
Such a beautiful, quiet escape from the hustle of South Bali. Although I love living in Bali, coming here was like taking my vows again and renewed my love for Bali.
Total luxury, seclusion and simplicity. This would have to be my absolute favorite destination on the island. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Perfect for retreats, or just an escape.
